Stronger Than the Reef ItselfDeveloped with inspiration from the natural chemistry of mussel adhesive, SeaTak® is built for one mission: to make global coral restoration possible at scale.
Funded by NOAA and trusted by researchers and hobbyists alike, it’s the adhesive of choice for reefs, aquariums, and underwater projects where performance matters most.
With its water-initiated cure and strong initial tack, SeaTak® delivers results in conditions where other adhesives fail. |
SeaTak® in Action

How to Use SeaTak®
1. Prepare SurfaceClean and rough up the surface if necessary. The surface does not need to be dry, but it should be free of loose debris.
|
2. Apply AdhesiveUse a caulk gun or squeeze directly from the tube. Apply deliberately — you may need more than you think. A bead of about ¼"–½" works well for most jobs.
|
3. Let It SetPoolTak reacts with moisture, so curing begins immediately. It will form a skin as it starts to set. Allow 2–3 hours for initial set and 24 hours for full cure.
|
4. Clean UpUncured adhesive can be wiped away with acetone or rubbing alcohol. Once cured, it must be removed mechanically (sanding or chipping).
